A Huge Thank-You to Our New Niobrara County Partners
We want to give a huge shoutout to the additional partners who specifically helped the Hope Center expand services into Niobrara County this year. There is still much more work to do, but we could not have built this foundation without:
Town of Lusk
The Town’s investment helped Hope Center establish and sustain local victim services, including office and emergency shelter space, dedicated service days, transportation, crisis response, and direct assistance for victims in Lusk.
Union Pacific Foundation – Community Ties Giving Program
Union Pacific’s $10,000 Community Ties grant supported trained advocates, 24/7 crisis response, safety planning, legal advocacy, emergency assistance, safety resources, and the development of a permanent service presence in Lusk and throughout Niobrara County.
Thank you for investing in the safety of rural victims and survivors. The first year of permanent services was not the finish line—it was about building the systems, partnerships, and community trust necessary to support victims for many years to come.
